 Groups

The emphasis for Season 4 is lifestyle change. Group league/team/club participation is required to provide structured fitness activities in a community environment which promotes involvement and accountability.   Fitness groups will use the designated and provided meetup.com page to schedule weekly events, track attendance and post photos.  Fitness groups may be seasonal, but must be at least 8 weeks in total length. Fitness groups will be organized or approved by Biggest Loser of Madison County Officials or volunteers.  Some groups may require additional fees of participants to cover league entrance fees, space rental, instructor or equipment costs.

Below are some potential fitness group ideas sorted by exertion levels.  Only 1 fitness group is required, but participation in several throughout the year is highly recommended.   Participation in fitness groups is open to the public and family members of any participant.  Parents assume all liabilities of teen(s) or children that participate in group fitness.
